Winchester Procurement is based in Winchester, Hampshire, in southern England. We provide procurement services to development projects of all sizes, wherever in the world they are needed.

We are looking for an estimator/sales engineer to source equipment and prepare quotations and tenders on behalf of our clients in Africa, the Middle East and the West Indies in all cases working to clients' specifications and Bills of Quantity.

A knowledge of Low and Medium voltage distribution systems and of the manufacturers of the equipment used in these installations is necessary. Sales experience in dealing with specifiers, customers and consultants will also be important. An all-round interest in Engineering Equipment and business generally will be an advantage.

The successful candidate will combine this experience with good trading and negotiating skills to provide competitive offers to our customers. The position requires familiarity with Microsoft Office type computer programmes. We use our own sourcing and quotation programme for which training will be given.
