No order is too large or too small. We recognise the value of a small spare part when it can allow the big machine to function correctly. We will supply small orders to our clients as well as vast orders.

We have a global network and can work in most places across the world. We have particular expertise working in Africa , the Middle East and the West Indies.

We can supply to CFR, CIF, FOB, Ex Works or any other term you might prefer. We have dealt with many unusual requests, so please enquire to find out what we can do for you.

We aim to get our clients the best prices possible and as quickly as possible. Once we receive an enquiry we allocate the enquiry to a specific member of the Winproc team and depending on the size of the enquiry we would aim to send the quotation back to the client within a few days. This would always be dependent on the complexity of the enquiry.

If you send us the enquiry we will quote you a price delivered to the country/ place that you require.

We can quote you for the equipment delivered to Nigeria with all of the documentation required included in the price. We will also advise you through all processes.

We handle each request individually, this means that there is no standard way we work, however we generally agree an initial contract fee of 25% and full payment made 4 weeks before delivery.
